We is brilliant.
We are a mixed Morris side based mainly in North Norfolk but with members across the UK. We dance the ‘Cotswold’ traditions which use handkerchiefs (waivers) and sticks. We can be seen performing at festivals, fetes, pubs (of course!) all around Norfolk and sometimes much further afield.
To contact us with a general enquiry or to book us for an event please email bag@holtridgemorris.co.uk. We take bookings for a variety of event types, both public and private; our fees are very reasonable (and sometimes zero, at our discretion). We have danced & played at fetes, festivals, pubs, care homes, Morris experience/work-shops, to name but a few. We have also wassailed in orchards and performed plays as the Holt Ridge Mummers.

Holt Ridge Morris (a mixed Morris side in North Norfolk) always welcomes new dancers and musicians. We practice each Monday during the winter and dance out all summer. There are some exceptions to that rule of course! If you would like to give it a go then email our squire: squire@holtridgemorris.co.uk
Or… just turn up! We practice on Monday evenings from 19:00 to 21:30 between September and May, at Marsham Village Hall, High St, Marsham, Norwich NR10 5AE.

Tonight we were wassailing at the Community Orchard in Itteringham. The community turned out and made a lot of noise with pots and pans, as well as singing and dancing. Afterwards, it was back to the Village Hall for refreshments, more dancing, singing and a Mummer's play. Bells were presented to our newest dancer. … See MoreSee Less

The weather was extremely kind to us this weekend and we very much enjoyed our first time at Whittlesea Straw Bear Festival. Lots of dancing around the town, with lots of other Morris sides.
